Welcome to The Scriptures: The Game platform. These rules reflect the core teachings of the Bible and are provided to foster a respectful, focused, and spiritually enriching environment. Please carefully follow the rules outlined below, which are inspired by the Ten Commandments and additional biblical principles.

1. You shall have no other gods before the LORD.

Users are not permitted to invoke, mention for worship, or direct attention to any other gods, deities, or spiritual entities apart from the God of the Bible, identified as the LORD (YHWH), Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. This platform is dedicated solely to upholding Christian worship and faith as presented in the Scriptures.

2. You shall not make for yourself a graven image.

Users are prohibited from promoting idolatry in any form, including the sharing or creation of images or representations that promote the worship of false gods or deities. Any content that contradicts or undermines biblical values will be removed.

3. You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.

All conversations and content shared on this platform should show the utmost respect for the name of the LORD. Profanity, blasphemy, or misuse of God’s name is strictly forbidden, and such violations will not be tolerated.

4. Honor your father and your mother.

Users must engage with respect, love, and humility, especially toward elders or those in positions of authority within the community. Disrespectful communication, harassment, or slander toward others is prohibited.

5. You shall not murder.

Any form of hatred or unjustified anger toward others—whether in words or actions—is strictly prohibited. Jesus taught that anger without cause can lead to judgment (Matthew 5:22), and such attitudes are akin to murder in God’s eyes. Righteous anger, as demonstrated by Jesus and Paul, is distinct and arises from defending the truth of God's Word. Users are expected to reflect Christ-like love and humility in their interactions.

6. You shall not commit adultery.

This platform upholds purity in all interactions. Discussions, content, or behavior that promotes sexual immorality in any form is not permitted. Adultery and its related actions—including lustful thoughts, inappropriate relationships, and discussions that contradict biblical principles of marriage—will not be tolerated. Users are encouraged to uphold biblical standards of purity, honoring the sanctity of marriage and sexual integrity.

7. You shall not steal.

Plagiarism or theft of intellectual property is not permitted. Users are expected to respect the work and contributions of others by properly attributing all content that is not their own.

8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

Truthfulness is a cornerstone of biblical teaching. Users are expected to share information in good faith and with accuracy. However, it is understood that false information can sometimes be given unknowingly or in genuine belief that it is true. In such cases, the focus will be on correcting the misinformation with humility and understanding, rather than condemning the individual. Deliberate attempts to deceive, slander, or spread falsehoods, however, are strictly prohibited and will be addressed by the platform moderators.

9. You shall not covet.

Users are encouraged to be content with their own spiritual journey and contributions. Coveting or envying another’s achievements, knowledge, or status within the community is discouraged. We should strive to support one another, celebrating the growth of others with joy and humility.

10. Respectful Dialogue and Biblical Focus:

All discussions and content must be centered around the Bible and aligned with its teachings. This platform’s purpose is to explore and share the wisdom of the Scriptures, and all users are expected to adhere to these principles. Content that promotes division, false teachings, or theological disputes that disrupt harmony will be addressed by moderators.

We encourage all users to report any content that conflicts with these guidelines in order to maintain a safe and spiritually focused environment.
